Download PIT Group connectomes

Here you can download the connectomes generated by the PIT Bioinformatics Group.

A, OASIS 3 connectomes:

696 subjects, one dataset from 482 subjects, 2 datasets from 156 subjects, 3 datasets from 52 subjects, 4 datasets from five subjects, 5 datasets from 1 subject.

From each dataset you can download 5 graphs in different resolutions. Below the graphs are grouped by their resolutions.

Scale 1 – 124 nodes, 372 MB, 7z compressed,

Scale 2 – 170 nodes, 624 MB, 7z compressed,

Scale 3 – 272 nodes, 1,2 GB, 7z compressed,

Scale 4 – 502 nodes, 2,5 GB, 7z compressed,

Scale 5 – 1058 nodes, 5,5 GB, 7z compressed.


B: HCP connectomes

The connectomes were generated from MRI scans obtained from the Human Connectome Project. To download the connectomes, you have to agree to the terms and conditions of Human Connectome Project.

Undirected and directed versions of the brain graphs are available. The direction of these graphs was defined using edge frequency analysis (see the publications). The files below are undirected, except when the “Directed” word appears.

You can also download augmented sets of connectomes for training artificial intelligence tools. We use Newtonian augmentation: from the connectomes of 1053 subjects we prepared 120 x 1053 = 126,360 connectomes, each in 5 resolutions (i.e., 631,800 connectomes in total). Beware: (1) each compressed augmented archive contains 126,360 files: the un-compression takes some time. (2) The augmented graph-sets are not prepared from 126,360 brains; just from 1053 brains: the augmented data should be used for AI applications (training and testing) and not for straightforward data analysis!
